Ray-Pec Panther High School Stadium - Turf Field
 
PLEASE NOTE:
 
All coaches that have a game on the new turf field at Ray-Pec Panther Stadium.  Here are some rules that were emphasized to me today regarding the stadium and school grounds.
 
  1. There will be only 1 way in and out of the field area.  All other gates will be locked.  Please tell your players to stay on the mats while entering and exiting the field.  Cleats are not to worn on the track surface.
  2. The  ONLY drinks allowed inside the field area will be water.  Any other drinks will be asked to be left in the stands.
  3. There is no food allowed inside the field/track area.  This includes gum and sunflower seeds.
  4. Raymore-Peculiar's school grounds area 100% tobacco free zones.  There is NO tobacco use allowed on school property.  Parents, fans, coaches  MUST go across the street or by the houses to the East of the stadium to smoke or use any tobacco products.  Any people seen breaking this rules will be politely asked to stop, then they will be asked to leave school grounds.  Please make sure that everyone is aware of this rule.
  5. Only contracted coaches, players, and board members will be allowed inside the field area.  This will be strictly enforced.  Our agreement with the school requires this to be enforced.  A coach's badge and NAYS card must be displayed at all times.  A lanyard was provided with the coach's badge and should be used for the NAYS card.  We have a rule in place this year that does not allow kids to play on the field before,after, or during halftime.  This will be enforced also.
  6. Make sure that your sideline is clean when you leave.
Tell your parents to please pick up after themselves too please.
 
We need to make sure that we abide by the rules that have been given to us.  We went through a lot to get the use of the stadium this year and if we want to be able to continue to use it, we need to make sure that we keep them happy.
